About the role

Harbor Softworks is expanding a mature B2B platform with multi‑tenant capabilities. We need a REST API Developer to design and implement tenant‑aware endpoints that integrate with existing services while preserving performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and code RESTful APIs that isolate tenant data
• Extend current NodeJS services to support configurable feature flags per tenant
• Write efficient PostgreSQL queries and migrations for tenant schemas
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to define acceptance criteria
• Document API contracts and usage guidelines for internal consumers

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building REST APIs with NodeJS
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization
• Understanding of multi‑tenant architecture patterns

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or container orchestration
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines for API services
• Exposure to B2B SaaS product development cycles
