I own and operate a portfolio of 7- and 8-figure online businesses (e-commerce, SaaS, coaching, and digital products). I need a world-class Operations Manager who can step in as my fractional COO — owning systems, processes, team performance, P&L tracking, and execution across all companies.
This is a true second-in-command role. You will have full visibility and authority to optimize, automate, and scale operations while I focus on vision and growth.
Responsibilities
Own SOP creation, documentation, and enforcement across all companies
Manage and optimize cross-company tech stack (ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Zapier, etc.)
Track KPIs, revenue, margins, and operational efficiency (build dashboards)
Hire, onboard, and performance-manage freelancers and small teams
Run weekly ops meetings and monthly deep dives
Identify bottlenecks and implement fixes (automation, restructuring, outsourcing)
Vendor and tool negotiation/contract management
Light financial oversight (P&L review, cost reduction, cash flow forecasting)
Crisis management and risk mitigation
Quarterly planning and OKR alignment
Required Skills
7+ years in operations management (agency, e-commerce, or SaaS preferred)
Proven experience scaling businesses past $5M+ revenue
Expert in systems thinking and process optimization
Strong financial acumen (comfortable reading P&L, balance sheets)
Fluent professional English + executive presence
Nice to Have
Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)
Experience as COO, Head of Operations, or similar in online business
Background in EOS, Scaling Up, or similar frameworks
Familiar with tools: ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, QuickBooks, Rippling
Weekly Commitment
25–35 hours per week (flexible, results-oriented)

Payment Structure
Standard – $2,200/month (25 hrs/week, systems + team management)
Senior – $3,000/month (30 hrs/week, includes financial oversight + hiring)
Partner Track – $3,800/month (35 hrs/week, full strategic ownership + equity discussions)
Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
