Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data into our database management system with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless data integration and customer support.
  • Verify and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and reporting errors or discrepancies.
  • Perform data quality checks, ensuring that data is correctly formatted, and meets company standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Participate in training and development programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and visualization, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance data quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data management and analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
