Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual designs for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Create engaging and effective brand identities, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
• Collaborate with copywriters and art directors to conceptualize and design marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Design and develop digital assets, including email campaigns, banners, and social media graphics.
• Work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of designs into digital platforms.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the creative process.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Provide design support and guidance to junior team members, as needed.
• Stay flexible and adapt to changes in project scope, timelines, or design direction.
• Continuously evaluate and improve design processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ability to take feedback and direction, and apply it to design work.
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles and web design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
