The project scope includes working with a variety of content types, from social media posts and blog articles to product descriptions and user-generated content. You will be responsible for reviewing content for quality, accuracy, and compliance with our guidelines, and making decisions on what content to approve, reject, or edit. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be working closely with our content creation team and other stakeholders to ensure that our content meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate content for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company guidelines and standards.
- Make decisions on content approval, rejection, or editing based on established criteria.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure that content meets quality and formatting standards.
- Identify and report on trends and patterns in content that may indicate quality issues or areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of content moderation guidelines and standards.
- Work closely with other teams, such as product and engineering, to ensure that content moderation aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that moderation practices are consistent and effective.
- Analyze and provide feedback on content performance metrics to inform content strategy decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of moderation activities and decisions.
