Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance images using Photoshop and other photo editing software to achieve high-quality visual content
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and copywriters to develop and implement visual concepts and ideas
• Work on a wide range of projects, including fashion, beauty, travel, and lifestyle content
• Ensure all images are optimized for various platforms, including web, social media, and print
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in photo editing and visual content creation
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative visual concepts
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and assist with training and development
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source images and other visual content
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets the agency's quality expectations
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the agency's brand and visual identity
• Contribute to the development of the agency's social media presence and online content
• Assist with the planning and execution of photo shoots and other visual content creation projects
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in photo editing software, including Photoshop
• Excellent understanding of visual aesthetics and attention to detail
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing photo editing skills and experience
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Illustrator and InDesign
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual storytelling
• Ability to take direction and feedback, and apply it to work
• Certification in photo editing or a related field an asset
