Key Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance photographs to meet the client's requirements, ensuring high-quality output and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and create visually stunning images that align with the client's brand and vision.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.
• Utilize technical skills in image manipulation, color correction, and retouching to achieve the desired visual effects.
• Work closely with the art director and project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Create composites, design visual elements, and develop creative solutions to enhance the visual impact of images.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in photo editing, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Manage and maintain the organization's image library, ensuring all assets are properly labeled, categorized, and easily accessible.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members, contributing to the development of their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, providing input and ideas on visual direction and concept development.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners, ensuring all visual elements meet the company's quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's project management tools and workflows, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
• Stay organized, managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes, suggesting new techniques and technologies to enhance the efficiency and quality of photo editing services.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in photo editing, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color theory.
• Proven experience in photo editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail and creative vision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, art directors, and project managers.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
