Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality visual content for our marketing campaigns, social media, and editorial content.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and photographers to conceptualize and create visually stunning images that align with our brand and message.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet project requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Utilize photo editing software, such as Photoshop, to enhance and manipulate images.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo editing and retouching.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand visual identity and ensure consistency across all visual content.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and assist with training and development.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts and ideas.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all visual content meets our quality standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of visual content into our marketing campaigns and editorial content.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our visual content and stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and ensure that our visual content resonates with them.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage workflows, and communicate with team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo editing and retouching, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in photo editing software, such as Photoshop, and experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Excellent technical skills, including color correction, image manipulation, and retouching.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling and engaging images.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience with project management tools and workflows, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
• Strong understanding of brand visual identity and the ability to ensure consistency across all visual content.
• Certification in photo editing or graphic design, such as Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Certified Graphic Designer (CGD).
