Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance images using Photoshop and other image editing software
• Work closely with designers, art directors, and photographers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Apply color correction, dodging, and burning techniques to achieve desired effects
• Remove blemishes, wrinkles, and other imperfections from images
• Perform complex selections and masking tasks to isolate objects and create composite images
• Use layers, filters, and effects to achieve desired textures and styles
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement visual concepts and ideas
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts
• Maintain accurate records of work and ensure version control and organization of files
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to colleagues and supervisors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in photo retouching and image editing
• Develop and maintain a high level of proficiency in Photoshop and other image editing software
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that all images meet the company's quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in photo retouching and image editing
• Proficiency in Photoshop and other image editing software
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and practices
• Experience with workflow management and version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong knowledge of software applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
