Key Responsibilities

• Editing video footage to create compelling and engaging stories for various platforms, including social media, websites, and events.
• Collaborating with producers, cinematographers, and designers to develop and refine project concepts and styles.
• Ensuring the highest quality of editing, including attention to detail, pacing, and narrative coherence.
• Working with motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
• Utilizing sound design and music composition to create immersive audio experiences.
• Managing project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
• Communicating with clients to understand their vision and preferences, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest editing software and technologies, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas to promote innovation and creativity within the team.
• Maintaining organization and backup of project files, following standard operating procedures for data management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in video editing, preferably in a professional or commercial setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and narrative structure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual and audio quality.
