In this role, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from data visualization and reporting to predictive modeling and machine learning. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex databases, data systems, and data processes to support business intelligence and analytics
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Design, develop, and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies and solutions
• Develop and maintain predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast business outcomes and drive growth
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to measure the effectiveness of data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and analytics
• Provide training and support to junior team members and stakeholders to build data literacy and competency
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of data systems, processes, and methodologies
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing data governance policies and procedures
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate data solutions and services

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
• Strong understanding of business acumen, including finance, marketing, and operations
