Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless data entry operations and customer onboarding
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements and solutions
- Manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that data entry operations meet quality and compliance standards
- Identify and report data entry errors or discrepancies, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Provide training and support to new team members, as required
- Contribute to the development of data entry metrics and reports, to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer service, and apply this knowledge to improve our operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, to identify and implement process improvements and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure that data entry operations meet their needs and expectations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry and customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on data entry and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data entry software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter data and manage large datasets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and report data entry errors or discrepancies
- Experience with data entry metrics and reporting, with the ability to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Certification in data entry or customer service, an asset
