Docker Kubernetes Specialist Needed for CI/CD Pipeline Setup Initiative

About the role

We are launching a sprint to accelerate our CI/CD pipeline and automate platform provisioning. The Docker Kubernetes Specialist will design and implement container orchestration workflows that enable faster, reliable releases across our cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and configure Kubernetes clusters for CI/CD workloads
• Develop Docker images and Helm charts aligned with release standards
• Integrate pipelines with GitOps tools to streamline deployments
• Monitor and troubleshoot container performance during sprint cycles
• Document automation scripts and share best practices with the team

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with Docker containerization
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes deployment and management
• Hands‑on expertise in CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of monitoring stacks such as Prometheus & Grafana
