Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, calendar management, and travel arrangements
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Manage sales support activities, including lead generation, follow-up calls, and sales data entry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, sales data, and project documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals and objectives, including marketing campaigns and event planning
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions for process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve business operations
- Provide backup support for other team members, as needed
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, providing recommendations for new business development
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Adaptability and flexibility, with ability to adjust to changing priorities and workflows
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Certification in customer service, administration, or a related field, such as CCNA or CAP
