Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual elements, including logos, icons, graphics, and brand materials
• Create and edit visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with our team of designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality results
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and style guides for our clients
• Design and layout promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and business cards
• Create motion graphics and animations for social media and video content
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions to generate new ideas and solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and software
• Provide design support and guidance to junior designers and interns
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their design needs and preferences
• Provide feedback and suggestions to our team to improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control in all design projects
• Stay flexible and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities

Requirements

• Strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience in graphic design
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of quality control and organization
• Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism, with a willingness to learn and grow
