Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and effective designs for various projects, including logo creation, branding, and marketing materials
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop new ideas and designs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our designs
• Work effectively in a team environment to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure that designs meet their needs and expectations
• Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of design work, and continuously seek feedback and opportunities for growth and development
• Participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development of new ideas and designs
• Create designs that are consistent with our company's brand and style guidelines
• Ensure that all designs are high-quality, visually appealing, and effective in communicating our clients' messages
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines as required
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, and ensure that all designs are thoroughly reviewed and edited before submission
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure that designs are properly implemented and meet our clients' needs
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience and training
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or design firm
• Strong portfolio of design work, showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism, and apply it to continuously improve designs and skills
• Certification in graphic design or a related field is an asset, but not required
