About the role

Silverline Labs is building a next‑gen IoT platform that powers seamless interaction between mobile devices and cloud services. As an IoT Solutions Architect you will drive the mobile/backend alignment for the upcoming app store release, ensuring the new "PulseBridge" module integrates securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Design the end‑to‑end architecture for the PulseBridge module, linking iOS/Android SDKs with backend micro‑services.
• Define MQTT topic hierarchies and REST endpoints to synchronize device telemetry with the mobile app.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for automated firmware and backend deployment.
• Configure Kubernetes ingress and service mesh policies to guarantee low‑latency communication.
• Conduct performance testing using Locust and JMeter to meet app store latency benchmarks.
• Document integration guides and run architecture review sessions with the mobile dev team.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP) and device provisioning.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for backend services and edge scripts.
• Strong Linux system administration, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Design and secure REST APIs, OAuth2, and token management.
• Track record delivering large‑scale mobile‑backend sync projects.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS IoT Core or Azure IoT Hub.
• Experience with edge AI inference pipelines.
