Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile applications, using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with our cross-functional team, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure that design solutions meet customer needs and business goals.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes and solutions.
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and clarity across all our mobile applications.
• Work closely with our product managers to develop product roadmaps and design strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design assets.
• Collaborate with our development team to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and meet our quality standards.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of design work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile application design.
• Strong portfolio that showcases expertise in mobile UX design, including examples of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or other similar tools.
• Experience with usability testing, user research, and feedback analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards, with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
