Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity
  • Assist with sales efforts, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes, procedures, and systems
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and best practices
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Utilize technology, including CRM software, to manage customer interactions, sales, and data entry
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Provide support for special projects, events, and initiatives as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and ensure data security
  • Participate in training, professional development, and continuous learning opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, sales, and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Skype, and Slack
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Certifications in virtual assistance, customer service, or sales are an asset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and ensure data security
