About the role

Ridgeline Software is launching a greenfield SaaS product and needs a focused QA Software Tester to ensure the first release meets high quality standards. You will work with a remote‑first team, shaping testing strategy from day one and helping define release criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test cases for core features and edge scenarios
• Develop and maintain Selenium automation scripts for regression cycles
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce defects and verify fixes
• Track test coverage and report metrics to stakeholders
• Participate in sprint planning to estimate testing effort

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional testing of web applications
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks
• Excellent analytical and bug‑tracking abilities

Nice to have

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
