About the role

NovaForge Tech is revamping its legacy production platform, codenamed Quantum Sync, to achieve zero‑downtime releases. As an AI Machine Learning Engineer you will design and integrate intelligent components that enable seamless data pipelines and predictive monitoring during the modernization effort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and fine‑tune ML models in PyTorch for real‑time anomaly detection on streaming logs.
• Implement feature stores using Feast to feed models without impacting live traffic.
• Containerize model services with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes for blue‑green deployments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions that automatically validate model performance before rollout.
• Collaborate with SREs to instrument Prometheus alerts tied to model drift thresholds.
• Document model versioning strategy and hand‑off procedures for the ops team.

Must-have skills

• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong experience with data pipelines (Kafka, Spark) and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Ability to write production‑grade REST APIs for model serving.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps platforms such as MLflow.
• Experience in zero‑downtime deployment patterns.
