About the role

Orbit Labs is launching a critical integration effort linking its billing system, CRM, and internal APIs. We need an Android Developer to extend existing mobile apps so they seamlessly consume the new unified services. This short‑term contract focuses on building robust data flows and ensuring a smooth user experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Implement API clients for billing, CRM, and internal services using modern Android patterns
• Design and code data synchronization logic with offline support
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define contract specifications
• Write unit and UI tests to guarantee reliability
• Document integration points and contribute to knowledge sharing

Must-have skills

• Strong Kotlin and Java proficiency for Android
• Experience with Retrofit/OkHttp and Jetpack libraries
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication flows
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to have

• Familiarity with billing or CRM platforms
• Experience with Coroutines and Flow
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Android
