Senior DevOps Engineer Needed for High-Volume Container Platform Build

About the role

LumenWorks is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a DevOps Engineer to design and implement hardened infrastructure, enforce compliance, and automate security controls across AWS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing CI/CD pipelines and embed security scanning tools.
• Implement least‑privilege IAM policies and network segmentation.
• Containerize legacy services with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and hardening using Terraform and AWS native services.
• Collaborate with developers to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure secure code deployment.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS security services (GuardDuty, Config, IAM).
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
• Hands‑on Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (PCI, SOC2, ISO27001).

Nice to have

• Experience with security scanning tools such as Snyk or Trivy.
• Knowledge of serverless security patterns.
• Previous work on cloud‑native security hardening projects.
