Senior Microservices Architect – API Design Delivery

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a sprint to super‑charge its release pipeline. We need a Microservices Architect to design CI/CD workflows and automate platform provisioning, ensuring faster, reliable deployments across our microservice ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines for Java‑based microservices
• Implement infrastructure as code using Docker and Kubernetes
• Define versioning, branching, and release strategies that reduce cycle time
• Collaborate with developers to embed automation into the build process
• Document standards and provide knowledge transfer for ongoing ops

Must-have skills

• Deep experience designing microservice architectures
• Proficiency with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
• Strong Java background and familiarity with build tools (Maven/Gradle)
• Hands‑on CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps or ArgoCD
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks
