Senior Microservices Architect Needed for Automated Platform Modernization

About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a sprint to turbo‑charge its CI/CD pipeline and automate the platform for faster releases. We need a Microservices Architect to design the service mesh, define deployment patterns, and ensure seamless integration across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document a microservices architecture aligned with CI/CD goals
• Define container orchestration standards using Docker and Kubernetes
• Create reusable Helm charts and GitOps workflows
• Collaborate with developers to refactor services for stateless operation
• Implement monitoring, tracing, and automated rollback mechanisms

Must-have skills

• Proven experience designing microservices at scale
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong Java development background
• Hands‑on CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Familiarity with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code
