About the role

BlueSky Ventures is building a scalable AI platform to serve real‑time analytics for its customers. We need a Senior MLOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate the end‑to‑end model lifecycle for a high‑throughput prediction service.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
• Containerize ML workloads using Docker and orchestrate them on Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for model performance and infrastructure health.
• Optimize resource usage and cost on AWS services, including SageMaker, EKS, and S3.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate research code into production‑ready services.
• Ensure security and compliance best practices across the ML stack.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with Python for ML pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Proficiency managing AWS resources and services.
• Strong background in DevOps tooling and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with model versioning and deployment frameworks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
