About the role

We are preparing a major app store launch and need a MongoDB Specialist to align our mobile front‑end with backend services. You will ensure data models support real‑time sync and high‑throughput queries for the upcoming release.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas for mobile data patterns
• Implement aggregation pipelines that feed analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with React Native engineers to define API contracts
• Set up sharding and indexing strategies for scaling during launch spikes
• Write migration scripts and monitor performance metrics

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB deployment and performance tuning
• Strong JavaScript/NodeJS backend development background
• Understanding of mobile data sync challenges
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and security best practices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React Native data flow
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
