About the role

DataPro Services is scaling its data platform to support rapid analytics growth. As a Platform Engineer you will design, implement, and optimize cloud‑native infrastructure that powers high‑throughput data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable services on AWS using IaC tools.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and release.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for reliability.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure platform stability.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, S3, RDS).
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for production workloads.
• Strong background in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid scripting skills in Python or Bash.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh technologies.
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.
