About the role

BrightMart Solutions is building a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for its operations teams. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and hand‑off reusable infrastructure as code that powers scalable ingestion, transformation, and reporting services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify AWS resources for data lake, ETL jobs, and analytics workloads using Terraform.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define networking, security, and IAM policies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines that automatically validate and deploy Terraform changes.
• Write modular, version‑controlled Terraform modules and maintain state management best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide documentation, and mentor junior team members.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience writing production‑grade Terraform for AWS.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling.
• Hands‑on experience with IAM, VPC, S3, Lambda, and Glue services.
• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues quickly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data pipeline frameworks such as Apache Airflow or Dagster.
• Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Grafana.
