About the role

BlueSky Ventures is preparing a major app store launch and needs a DevOps Engineer to align mobile and backend pipelines. You will ensure smooth delivery, rapid roll‑outs, and reliable monitoring for the new service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD workflows for mobile and backend components
• Containerize services using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Configure AWS infrastructure for scalable API endpoints and storage
• Automate environment provisioning and secret management
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for production stability
• Collaborate with mobile developers to synchronize build artifacts

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, CloudWatch)
• Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline creation (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
• Solid understanding of mobile‑backend integration challenges

Nice to have

• Experience with Fastlane or similar mobile deployment tools
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana
