Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs, including logos, social media graphics, and marketing materials, that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement visually stunning designs that align with our company's mission and values.
• Utilize design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality designs and meet project deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development of new design concepts and ideas.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of design services.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure efficient project workflow.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, including their mission, values, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure that design services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of our company's design style guide, ensuring consistency and quality across all design services.
• Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing constructive feedback and suggestions to improve the quality of design services.
• Maintain accurate records of design projects, including concept development, design revisions, and final deliverables.
• Stay organized and manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality design services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio setting.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality design services that meet our clients' needs and expectations.
