Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visual content for various clients, including logos, branding materials, marketing assets, and digital graphics.
• Collaborate with the design team to concept and implement design projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, ensuring that design solutions meet their expectations.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients, providing clear and concise explanations of the creative vision and design decisions.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure that design projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Participate in design team meetings, contributing to brainstorming sessions, and providing feedback and suggestions on design concepts and ideas.
• Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as copywriting and development, to ensure that design solutions are integrated and effective.
• Continuously evaluate and improve design processes, providing suggestions for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Ensure that all design work is of high quality, meets brand guidelines, and is consistent with our company's visual identity.
• Provide design support and guidance to junior team members, mentoring and training as required.
• Contribute to the development of our company's design style and visual identity, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented across all marketing channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in visual design, branding, and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and creative way.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work that meets deadlines and exceeds expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML and CSS, with the ability to work closely with developers to implement design concepts.
