About the role
Summit Digital is modernizing the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a Cybersecurity Analyst to embed security controls while the platform is being overhauled, ensuring resilience against threats and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct threat modeling for new service components
- Implement security monitoring and incident response playbooks
- Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation coordination
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Document security architecture changes and produce audit evidence
Must-have skills
- Strong knowledge of network and application security principles
- Hands‑on experience with Python scripting for automation
- Proficiency in Linux system hardening and log analysis
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Certifications like CISSP, GSEC, or OSCP
- Knowledge of container security tools
