Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurately copying and pasting data from various sources into our proprietary software
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless data integration and resolve any technical issues that may arise
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to track data migration progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical support to the customer service team to resolve any data-related issues
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss project scope, timelines, and milestones
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Assist in the development of training manuals and documentation for data entry and content integration processes
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and procedures
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to the development team
  • Maintain accurate records of data migration and integration activities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve data entry and content integration processes
  • Collaborate with the QA team to test and validate data integration

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, content integration, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and manipulation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data protection policies and procedures
  • Basic understanding of software development principles and data integration concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
