Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, create forecasts, and develop predictive models that inform business decisions.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex databases to store and manage data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into business strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and driving growth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, applying this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their data needs, providing tailored solutions and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in project planning, ensuring that data analysis components are properly integrated and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct quality assurance on data outputs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, enhancing the overall capability of the data analysis team.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning, professional development, and skill enhancement to stay current with evolving data analysis technologies and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure data security, compliance with data protection policies, and the efficient use of data resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in a range of data analysis tools and technologies, including but not limited to Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Strong understanding of database design, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and experience with predictive modeling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with a proven track record of working effectively in team environments.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Certifications in data science or related fields are a plus but not required.
