Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accurate labeling and storage.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with document management systems and data entry software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
