Key Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into our Excel databases, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all data is properly formatted and consistent.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data management and integration.
- Develop and implement data management protocols to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Work closely with the data management team to ensure the highest level of data quality and integrity.
- Participate in data quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data management processes and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members on data management and Excel applications.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in data management, recommending process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
- Manage and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, including data validation, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Collaborate with the IT department to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives, providing data analysis and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, formulas, and pivot tables.
