Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis tools to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Manage and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
• Develop and implement financial models to support business development and growth initiatives
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations, laws, and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting
• Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel, Financial Planning, and Analysis software
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Certification in financial planning, analysis, or accounting, such as CFA or CPA
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
