About the role

NexGen Media is launching a new cross‑platform mobile experience for its streaming service. We need a Flutter Mobile Developer to build and polish the core app, integrate APIs, and ensure a smooth UI/UX across iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Flutter codebase for new features.
• Implement RESTful API integrations and handle state management.
• Optimize app performance and resolve platform‑specific bugs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into responsive screens.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice guidelines.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Proficiency in Android development concepts.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON handling.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Knowledge of iOS native features and Swift basics.
