About the role

LumenWorks is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. As a Frontend React Developer you will own the UI layer of the new PulseCache module, a high‑throughput dashboard that aggregates real‑time metrics. Your work will directly impact latency and stability for thousands of daily users.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor existing React components to use React 18 concurrent features and improve render speed by 30%.
• Implement lazy‑loading and code‑splitting with Webpack 5 for the PulseCache UI.
• Integrate TypeScript strict mode across the codebase and enforce linting with ESLint.
• Set up performance monitoring using Lighthouse CI and create automated regression tests.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize API payloads and caching strategies.
• Deliver a production‑ready build within a two‑week sprint milestone.

Must-have skills

• Advanced React (hooks, context, Suspense)
• Proficient JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong HTML5 & CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid)
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, and CI pipelines
• Performance profiling and debugging tools

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Next.js or Remix
• Knowledge of server‑side rendering and edge caching
