About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a new SaaS product and needs a Full Stack Web Developer to uplift test automation. You will help reduce regression risk before each release by building robust automated test suites and integrating them into the CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end test automation for UI and API layers.
• Create reusable test libraries using JavaScript, React testing tools, and NodeJS frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests with existing CI/CD workflows to enforce quality gates.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to identify high‑risk areas and prioritize test coverage.
• Document test cases, results, and maintain test data in MongoDB.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React and NodeJS development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).
• Hands‑on knowledge of MongoDB for test data management.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and ability to integrate tests.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker containers for test environments.
• Experience with performance or load testing tools.
