Key Responsibilities
- Enter large volumes of survey data into specialized software systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of data management systems.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines with ease and flexibility.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Proficiency in data entry software, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and specialized data management systems.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines with ease and flexibility.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
