About the role

Pinnacle Works is modernizing a core business platform and needs a Java Developer to design, build, and integrate micro‑service components. You will work closely with product owners and QA to deliver high‑quality code on a tight timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable Java services using Spring Boot
• Design RESTful APIs and implement microservice architecture
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines

Must-have skills

• Strong Java programming experience
• Proficiency with Spring Boot framework
• Hands‑on experience building microservices
• Understanding of REST API design

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
