In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce. You will be responsible for creating high-quality product listings, optimizing product titles and descriptions, and ensuring that all product listings are fully compliant with platform requirements. You will also be working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, and WooCommerce
- Conduct thorough research to ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with platform requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their product offerings and optimize product content for better visibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately and efficiently manage product listings, prices, and inventory levels
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project management
- Analyze and report on product listing performance, providing recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce and product listing management
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues with product listings and resolve technical problems
- Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality product images and videos
- Develop and implement processes to improve product listing efficiency and accuracy
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, product listing management, or a related field
- Proficiency in data entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and WooCommerce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and time management
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and report on product listing performance
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
- Certification in ecommerce or a related field, such as Amazon Seller Central certification
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues with product listings
