About the role

TechFlow Inc is building an innovative conversational platform that leverages large language models to deliver personalized user experiences. We need a Prompt Engineer to design, test, and refine prompts that drive accurate, context‑aware responses across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and iterate prompt templates for LLMs to meet specific business use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists to fine‑tune model outputs and improve relevance.
• Conduct systematic A/B testing of prompts and analyze performance metrics.
• Document prompt design patterns and maintain a shared knowledge base.
• Ensure prompts adhere to ethical guidelines and mitigate bias.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with prompt engineering for GPT‑type models.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of REST API integration to connect LLM services.
• Understanding of NLP concepts and token management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective prompts.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript for front‑end integration.
• Experience with generative AI evaluation frameworks.
