About the role

Northbay Systems is preparing a high‑impact app store release that ties mobile UI to backend services. We need a detail‑oriented QA Software Tester to ensure seamless integration and flawless user experience across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for mobile‑backend interaction scenarios
• Develop automated test suites using Selenium for API and UI validation
• Identify, log, and track defects in collaboration with developers
• Validate data consistency and performance under load conditions
• Provide clear test reports and recommendations for release readiness

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional and regression testing
• Proficiency with Selenium automation framework
• Solid understanding of mobile app testing and backend APIs
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with performance testing tools
• Knowledge of cloud‑based backend services
