About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a meticulous QA Software Tester to design and execute test plans that ensure seamless data flow and robust error handling across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Create comprehensive manual and automated test cases for API endpoints and data synchronization workflows
• Execute regression, functional, and performance tests on integrated modules
• Identify, log, and track defects using our issue tracker, collaborating closely with developers
• Validate data integrity between billing, CRM, and internal services during each build
• Maintain test documentation and update test suites as requirements evolve

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in QA testing of API-driven applications
• Proficiency with Selenium for web UI automation
• Hands‑on automation scripting and test case design

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test integration
• Knowledge of billing or CRM systems
• Experience with performance testing tools
