About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is building a unified data flow layer called "SyncFusion" to bridge its billing platform, CRM system, and internal micro‑services. As a Senior MLOps Engineer you will design, implement, and automate the CI/CD pipelines that keep model‑driven billing analytics in sync across these services.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a Kubernetes‑based deployment framework for the SyncFusion API gateway using Helm charts.
• Implement automated data validation and model versioning pipelines in GitLab CI for billing‑CRM data sync.
• Containerize legacy billing scripts with Docker and migrate them to AWS EKS clusters.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch for end‑to‑end integration health.
• Collaborate with data scientists to embed model inference endpoints into the CRM workflow, ensuring latency <200 ms.
• Deliver a hand‑off documentation package and run a knowledge‑transfer workshop within the 3‑month window.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting CI/CD and model serving.
• Strong command of AWS services (EKS, S3, CloudWatch).
• Hands‑on with GitLab CI/CD or similar pipeline tools.
• Understanding of MLOps best practices, model versioning, and monitoring.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
• Experience integrating billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zuora) with CRM systems.
