About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design and implement the data layer that ensures seamless data flow and high performance across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design MongoDB schemas optimized for transactional and analytical workloads
• Develop ETL pipelines to sync data between billing, CRM, and internal services
• Implement indexing, sharding, and replication strategies for reliability
• Write aggregation queries and performance‑tuned reports
• Collaborate with backend engineers to expose data via RESTful endpoints
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using Atlas tools

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB deployment, aggregation, and performance tuning
• Strong command of JavaScript/NodeJS for server‑side logic
• Experience building API integrations and data pipelines
• Understanding of security best practices for data at rest and in transit

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes orchestration
• Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC communication patterns
