About the role

DataPro Services is seeking a senior NLP Engineer to lead the development of an intelligent text‑analysis pipeline for a client‑facing application. You will design, implement, and fine‑tune models that extract insights from unstructured data, ensuring high accuracy and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end NLP workflows, from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Develop and optimize transformer‑based models for entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and summarization.
• Integrate NLP services with existing APIs and microservices.
• Implement data preprocessing pipelines, including tokenization, cleaning, and augmentation.
• Monitor model performance and conduct iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in Python for NLP (libraries such as Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK).
• Experience building and deploying LLM‑based solutions.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and integration.
• Proficiency in evaluating model metrics and performing error analysis.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and documentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript for front‑end integration of NLP results.
• Exposure to MLOps tools for automated model serving.
